Tammy Starkey works with children, adolescents, and young adults. Here work focuses on helping to activate the parts of the brain responsible for emotional regulation, cognitive and sensory processing, and balance. Her work is influenced by biology in four powerful ways. The spaces modulates the nervous system, integrates and stabilizes the sensory motor system, helps the left and right side of the brain communicate, and aides in executive function coming back on line.

She develops specific plans to fit the needs of each client using SMART sensory rooms and equipment to widen their window of tolerance. Clients learn modulation and regulation skills as well as create a nervous system foundation for processing trauma.
